Many historical economists say it’s because of the fast, sudden, baby boom, but what people fail to realize is that the true birth of this economic boom was in 1792 when adventurers Ryan Tano, Jonathan Goldwire, James “kid quarters” Hypsher, and Deha Aniemeka found what is called today the “pot of oil”- a spot in Marseilles where oil spills from the mountains to oil rigs (placed by the government). Some traditional natives claim it’s a gift from God due to their loyalty; others like to leave it unanswered. The never ending mountain of oil is what draws many people to RBC, is the number one reason for its booming economy. The thanks given to these men for finding this great oil supply is on April 10 of every year, the day known as L.O.E day.

o The RBC government is too big for one body to cover, so there are four branches of government, Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. These branches are split and hold different powers that run the government.

o The Republic of B&C is a nation built on the wants of their citizens, withthat being said the people also elect their own nationwide leader- their president. Each state is giving 5 election tickets having a total of 36 states that makes 180 total tickets available to win for a party. In a state the citizens of that state votes, usually for the Berry party of Cream party. The ballots are then read and with that they are put in fractions of 5s i.e. if Lyon citizens casted 15,000 votes and 3,000 where for Berries that means 1/5 of that state’s votes where for Berries. The Berry party and its candidate and their running mate- vice president will receive only one ticket. By the end of the election all the tickets are tallied and that determines the winner of that election.
o *How many? Jobs/functions of each
o One president, and one VP. There is also the President's cabinet that handles the day- to day issues. the cabinet that is chosen by the people on the second day of elections. The president however still presides for 6 years and along with every other officer who wins during election week.

o Many people find Election Week in Republic of Berries and Cream to be highly stressful due to the fact that not only do they vote for the president and vice. They are also forced with the task of choosing a cabinet the next day from the president’s candidates i.e. On the second day of elections one must cast their ballots for Chief, of war, of education, of finance, of treasury, of foreign affairs. One this second day the people most pick each of these officers from a pool of candidates for each section provided by the government.

o Currently in RBC the power lies in the Berry party- a party based on the principal of smaller governments, heavy loads of defense, same tax for all, and low welfare rates.

There is a Supreme Court which is the highest court system, and then there are inferior courts that are local and handle smaller cases that don't make it to the Supreme Court. The cases handled in the inferior courts are usually called civil cases, some are even aired on T.V on show like Strawberry court with Judge Joe Jergens. The supreme court is then usually left for the bigger and more advanced cases handled by superior judges chosen (elected) by the people of B&C.

The Supreme Court is the highest of all courts, all cases brought to this court is screened by the president on it severity, and if it really is worthy of being in this court.

The top two parties, are the Cream and Berry parties. The Cream party is sorta like the democratic party in the U.S.A party based on the basic beliefs of a bigger gov. smaller military, high welfare for those in need. Then there is Berry party one based on the basic beliefs as those of the republican party in the U.S; a party based on the principal of smaller governments, heavy loads of defense, same tax for all, and low welfare rates.

Usually the Berry dominate the elections because their party outlines appeals to most citizens. They appeal to the wealthy citizens that reside in RBC.

The House of Senates make up the Legislative branch where the nation's laws are created, bills are approved, and hold a crucial part in the approval of an amendment. RBC citizens vote for the members that make up this chamber, this chamber that hold 180 members in total 5 from each of the 36 states. When voting for a H.O.S rep. one must take into consideration the persons party and views on important political topics. Before a person can even get their name on the ballots for the voting, they must be recommended by the President who was elected into office. To be unbiased for one political party the forefathers wrote in the constitution that the president must make at least 10 recommendations for the ballot 5 creams and 5 berries.

Currently the Creams, the power lies in the creams mostly because the election for House of senates takes place on the 3rd day of election so many say that if their political party is represented as president they is really no more need to vote. Currently in this chamber of the government there are 100 creams- democratic like party , and only 80 Berries republican like party.
